No. As long as we can get to the vehicle, you can carry on with your day. For an interior clean we'll need it unlocked or the keys left with someone, and we'll message you when we're done.
We arrive ready to work. If we ever need anything from you, such as space to park the van close by, we'll mention it when we confirm your booking.
Anywhere it's legal and safe to work with room to open the doors fully: driveways, residential streets and workplace car parks (with your employer's permission).
Light rain is fine for interiors and most washes. If heavy rain is forecast we'll get in touch to move your booking to the next free slot, at no cost.
No. Our Exterior Wash, Mini Valet and Full Valet cost the same for every car, van and SUV, whatever the size. Polishing has a starting price, and we confirm your exact price before we start.
You pay on the day once you're happy with the job, by card, cash or bank transfer. There's nothing to pay when you book.
Our prices cover normal everyday dirt. If a vehicle needs a lot more work, such as heavy pet hair, mould or sand, we'll tell you and agree a price before we start. Nothing is added without your say-so.
